Position Management and Control

Position Management involves the strategic planning, organization, and definition of roles, while Position Control covers the administrative and compliance aspects, ensuring positions are authorized, categorized, and budgeted.

Student Assistant Guidelines Development
About
The objective of the Student Assistant Management and Guidelines Development workgroup is to create, for the campus community, the following: a comprehensive onboarding and offboarding process, develop standardized guidelines for student assistant management, establish consistent position funding practices, and maximize the use of federal work-study allocation funding.
