Friendly reminder to all staff who oversee their department鈥檚 budgets to review the FY25鈥26 Fiscal Year End Deadlines to ensure all purchasing, travel, reimbursements, and financial transactions are submitted on time. Please plan ahead and refer to the deadline schedule to help avoid delays in processing.

As summertime temperatures ramp up, EHS urges everyone to be aware of and respond to signs of heat-related illnesses. Limit your time spent outdoors, drink plenty of water and avoid the hottest time of the day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. if you can avoid it. Persons sensitive to higher temperatures are at greater risk for illnesses like heatstroke and should note the symptoms.
